December 1, 2011 - Pan Pacific Hotel Manila unveils again its annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony with FIRE! Spearheaded by Mr. Richard Masselin, General Manager of Pan Pacific Manila with Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim and Ms. Kathy Manuel-Salenga, they welcomed this year's Holiday season with the theme "Save Energy, Save Lives" with festive foods together with the guests.

I was glad to be invited to this wondrous ceremony. I've been with Pan Pacific Manila checking in and out for some years now and this was my first time to witness their Christmas Tree lighting event. It was wonderfully enchanting to my eyes especially when it was lighted by our good Metro Manila Mayor Lim!

What amazed me the most is their Christmas Town! Created by Head Chef Mark Collamat with a team of chefs, this exciting town was admirable and even delicious to eat, Lol!

The night was completed with their hotel singing ambassadors, The Butler Chorale, serenading guests with all-time favorite Christmas Carols!

And of course, Pan Pacific has the best dishes I have tasted ever since so I was pretty much excited to try everything. Indeed, the goodness and the gratifying feeling of the foods served me the best!
